Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please note the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process:

CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Please contact us via our customer service email support@auwuka.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

PREPARE ITEMS: Ensure that returned items are in good condition, with all original tags attached, and use proper packaging to prevent damage.

Mail the return:

• SELECT EXPRESS SERVICE: Please find your order number on the packing slip, order confirmation email or shipping email. Select a mail-in option to send the item back.
• Attach a return label: Attach a return label to the outside of the package (if provided) and make sure the package is well closed.
• Ship back to the address: Please ship the item back to the return address provided by Merchant Services.
• Keep the courier receipt: Please keep the courier receipt for subsequent inquiry and confirmation.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange an item, please first request a return. After returning the original item according to the above process, you can place a new order on the official website to get the desired item.
Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
